- Lead product strategy for OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google integrations; own user experience
- Design experiments to convert users discovering Asana through LLM interfaces
- Own growth metrics: new user acquisition, conversion rates, funnel health
- Invent playbooks for a "0→1 opportunity with no established best practices"
- Required experience:
- 6–10 years PM, primarily growth roles at B2B SaaS
- Proven top-of-funnel acquisition and new user activation track record
- "0→1 builder mentality" thriving in highly ambiguous environments

Interview Process

- Requirements review panel — Andrea presents a feature she launched. Format: recorded deck with voiceover sent beforehand, then live panel with questions about it.
- 1-on-1s with panelists — 3 people (engineering, product, design), debrief format
